On 2/26/I went to drive thru of this business and ordered a junior wok of sweet and sour chicken with white rice and gravy, I paid $for a small containerOnce I opened the container there was scoop of white rice and about pieces of chicken balls with no gravy and was extra dryI went back thru drive thru and asked the lady if she can put it separate container as food was just dumped on top of each other the cashier advised there would be an additional fee, I asked for refund and explained how unhappy I was she advised there is no refundI asked for manager and she advised she was manager I asked to speak to her manager which was ***She explained this is what it is and I can either take it or leave it but no refundI advised her it had been a while since I visited this location and this is not what I use to get when I use to order the same thing in the pastFinally the so called manager separated the food but instead of giving me fresh food she just threw it in tw
