Machine Delivered NON-WORKING As – Is on WIRE BID. Lot :#*** Programmable paper cutter

1. Seller AA & D sold machine with a video attached which we recorded on the site Wirebids our company successfully bidded for the machine.
2. We called the company AA & D prior to bidding and spoke with the company rep and he verified the information on the website Wirebids was accurate and the machine was working.
3. The machine listed in the video as Lot :#*** Programmable paper cutter was operating effectively and cutting based on the video. We recorded the original video on the site Wire Bids from AA&D seller.
4. Our floor manager does not think the machine that arrived, is the same machine in the video. We are having the video analyzed to verify if a different machine was shipped other than the one in the original video on the site WireBids.
5. After the machine was paid in full and arrived we noticed it did not work, at all. Would not even turn on.
6. Called Mr. on a Saturday and a lot of name calling, yelling and screaming at our company he said he would reimburse the additional fees to get the machine to work. Mr. has yet to honor his words.
7. Mr. will no longer respond to our company as well he was extremely indignant during communications.
8. Our company called Wire Bids, spoke with leadership, they assured us the would investigate the complaint. No more conversation with Wire Bids.
9. We were informed this machine is NO LONGER supported by the original manufacturer and potentially could be IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF OSHA standards throughout many areas in the USA.
10. We have memorialized all calls and information concerning this bad sale/order.
