I have reviewed the offer made
by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of my decision appear below.I called the company within one hour of the repairman leaving my home and the washer still not workingI was told they would call me backEvery time I called this company regarding this repair, I was constantly told someone would call me back, which they never did and I had to repeatedly call themI waited a week this time to see if they would indeed call me back, and they never didThat is when I requested to speak to a manager, and was put on hold for such a long time I hung upI’ve never encountered a service company that is as poor in customer service as this companyI am happy to pay for the part that they ordered, but I would like a refund on the service charge for the repair that did not fix the problemWhen you pay for a service, and it was not done correctly, you expect to be prioritized to remediate the situationIt is evident they did not care about this and it was a huge inconvenience to our household, especially over the holidayWe lost trust in them and decided to purchase a new machine instead of the probability of waiting even longer for things to be done correctly, if at all.

THE REPAIRS HAVE A THIRTY DAY WARRANTY. WHEN THE CUSTOMER WAS CALLED SHE ADVISED THE OFFICE THAT SHE HAD PURCHASED A NEW UNIT.  AADAMS APLIANCE did not have the opportunity to make the visit to the customers home to check the unit again.

Lowes contracted this company to service our Samsung washer that was under warranty. The service tech stated that it needed a new seal. After a week, I called to inquire as to when the new seal would be installed. After lying to me about where the part was, and actually expecting me to believe that Samsung was "out of" seals, I did my own research, calling Samsung, who, of course, confirmed my suspicion that they were never out of seals. I then called Lowes, informed them of this shady company, as well as the "D" rating from the Revdex.com. I doubt that this company will be servicing appliances purchased at Lowes in the future. The end result is a new washer after a three-week wait.

This company was contracted through GE to repair my stove. I made the appointment on the 11/19/15. The date of the repair was supposed to be 12/1/15. "They were booked until then." They called me on 11/30/15 to see if I could move my appointment date to 11/30. I told them no. I was working and I'm about 40 minutes from home. I would just keep my 12/1 appointment date. Needless to say 12/1 they were a "no show". I called Aadams and got the run around. I also called GE and complained to them. GE rescheduled my appointment with them, 12/8/15. They just called me and wanted to do it now 12/3/15. I told them no I would keep my 12/8 appointment. I don't think I want them working on my stuff. I will update GE and see if they can find someone else to do my warranty repair.
