This is a total LIE!!! We put in over three additional hours of research that the customer was not even billed for. Not to mention...

the countless amount of time that was spent verbally talking to her boyfriend in the weeks prior to her appointment to attempt to assist him in doing the repair, that ALSO were NOT charged to them. The problem the customer says was not fixed, was not present during the time we had the vehicle. We fixed the other problem the customer had requested be fixed. We also explained to her that the other issue could be related to all of the electrical problems that were fixed but that we couldn't guarantee that because the vehicle didn't do what she was experiencing while in our possession. It was a complicated electrical repair that was completed in the fastest time we could do. Not a week later! We had the car a total of 7 days. She was checked in on Tuesday 5/23/207 in the morning and was told we would get it in as soon as possible but that we were a little behind from the previous job. work was started on Thursday and she picked it up the next Tuesday. The vehicle did not do what she was saying. we can't fix something that isn't broken. This customer is terrible and just expecting FREE work. her calls were answered. Her messages were responded too. All of them. She hounded us repeatedly for days on end. We can't get work finished when we have to answer her calls and messages all day long. We will include screenshots of such. In fact we responded after business hours. We DO NOT LIE!!! EVER!!! We always take care of our customers. We have NEVER! had a complaint in the six years we've been in business. NOT ONCE! She WAS told to bring the car back in the next day as you will see from the attached documents, and That we could get to it as soon as Thursday or Friday (within two days). She never responded or showed up! We're not refunding her for the electrical repairs that were completed! This vehicle is a Jeep that has modifications outside as well as inside, including aftermarket stereo. The electrical was a huge mess with harnesses cut and parts missing. We will not refund for the work that was completed and we will decline further service for this customer. We've also attached the final invoice to support our findings. We have more documentation to show the time spent after hours doing research if needed.
