Right from the startle realised there would be problems as Veronica was so inefficient, however we loved the property and allowed her to treat us the way she did
The biggest problem was when she quoted us the price and we said she had not calculated it properly she was charging us for a night that we were now not staying She could not do the maths on the spot and asked us to please pay the amount and she would refund it with our deposit at the end of the stay We sent her paperwork confirming what she had said I saw this paperwork in her file when we were in her office She must have destroyed this as she is now denying the conversation and paperwork took place,
She and the company refuse to give us back our money, so in effect they have stolen from us and are calling us liars

Neither cable nor was working when we arrived It took a night and day of emails, phone calls, and interruptions to get them fixed Also, the house did not have kitchen and bath items that even Aadvisor recognized as essential At first they were talking price adjustment but in the end refused to do anything Very disappointing

We are very unsatisified with Aadvisor Rentals Naples. Our Condo rental was not "rent ready." We reported the problems, visited the office and it took days without a response from management. There were two clues that the property had not properly certified for occupancy. There were 6 lights burned out in the kitchen and there were 2 commercial dehumidifiers on 24/7 in both bedrooms for most of the first of our two week stay. The dehumidifiers were to dry walls and woodwork which were soaked in a leak incident before our arrival. I was so frustrated. Our daughter and boyfriend had to leave the condo, the noise and the inconvenience of having 1/3rd of each bathroom was too much. The drain hoses ran to the vanity sink so shaving and washing was difficult too. We do not know if mold was present. I searched tax records and found the out of state owner. She said she was sorry but did not think a rebate was appropriate. I should take the whole bunch to court for having a material defect and disturbing our quiet enjoyment. We will never use this terrible company and would like to warn others not to ruin their precious vacation.
