We have reviewed the complaint and it does appear our appraiser never notified our internal staff to take off the personalized license plates and send them back to the customerWe have assigned this matter to a manager and have requested he contact the customer and offer to pay the Department
of Motor Vehicles the charge to reinstate the desired plates at our costWe do apologize for this unfortunate incident

We have made what we feel is a satisfactory offer to resolve this issueWe buy and sell 1,used vehicles per month and greatly value each customer and try our best to resolve all issuesOur offer to rsolve accordingly still stands and hope our customer will be happy with this

I would be satisfied with this response if the company contacted me in writing as I requested, either via email or through mail. I specifically told them on July via email that I was no longer willing to talk to them via the phone as I wanted everything documentedPreviously, I have tried to deal with them via the phone and I felt I was given the runaround. Then in my complaint to the BBS, I also specially said that I wanted to hear from them in writing. They refuse to contact me in writing as I have requested and keep calling me. I am not willing to speak to them by phone. Until I have it in writing what they are willing to do and who I can contact if I need to, then I will not consider this mater resolved

This company paid me more than [redacted] and they were really nice to work with.

sold them a car and they sold it to someone else without transfering it to there company name first they just passed it right on to another owner who got car impounded now I received a notice from police that I owe for car being impounded what if it was used in a crime and it came to me because they didnt do the paperwork correctly
