This business is unreliable and unprofessional; I would never ever use them or recommend their services to any one Their manager is also unprofessional and unreasonable and appears to be a scam artist(I don't need a resolution; merely stating a complaint so others don't receive the same treatment that our company received when trying to use their service.)
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because the business agreed that the cost of the lock was overpriced yet the only option that they're willing to offer me is to contact them if I'm having the problemsThe lock was less than $which is not 1/of the costThe business did not address their emoloyee's unprofessional behavior which really saddens meI will NEVER contact this company again and their add needs to be removed from the yellow pages before another consumer contacts them and get ripped offAs I stated in my original complaint, I did not feel safe staying in my home with that cheap lock that was installedI incurred additional costs on top of what I paid this company to have them reinstall my original lock and rekeyThis is what I thought this company was going to do based on their sales addI'm totally disappointed in this company's response and lack of customer satisfaction Regards, [redacted] ***
