I am rejecting this response because:The plumbing services were provided to the same address on both occasions, regardless of who ordered the service (owner vmanagement company). The initial services were obviously not effective as the same plumbing company had to return within days to provide the EXACT SAME service. After three weeks of phone calls to investigate the warranty there was NO response from the service provider

These documents were sent with the original report.Please note the identical address for repair and the discrepancy in the two prices for IDENTICAL services ($129.97 v. $154.89).Payment for initial service was paid on February 2nd and billing from my management company for the second service indicates payment on April 26th.To be reimbursed for the parts alone is unacceptable, if the labor had been done correctly the first time, the second service would not have been necessary.

The original customer was the customer who made the complaint. The second customer was the property management company (we keep track of customer name, our system does not cross over and make matches in regards to address)   with which we have worked for many times in the...

past.  Upon finding out that one of our other plumbers had worked there. Adam told the customer he would refund cost of part but not labor because of the fact that we do not make the plumbing parts.  The first customer swore and used profane language at which time we chose to quit speaking to him.
