From our notes *** *** sent us an email on January 1st, he was concerned with the latency issues and sent us a picture of a spend testThe next day our technician responded back on how to fix and what we can do. *** *** responded back on the 14th having speed issues
again and sent pictures* *** responded back on the 18ththen went out to fix it. *** *** sent in an email having the same issues as before *** set up a trouble call for someone to go out to his home again. On the 15th we received another email from *** *** that we missed the trouble call. We gave credit totaling $59.95.We have corrected his speed issues and he receives those speeds each timeHowever, the latency is not something we guarantee on residential accounts and this was told to him when first installing his serviceWe can continue to try and help him in any way possible as we do all of our customers

To whom it concerns: I received a letter from your organization *** *** pertaining to a *** *** ** ***, Ohio and his dissatisfaction with his internet provider TowerLink aka Smart Networks has been dissolved and their assets sold off to a new company named *** ***
*** ** *** *** This is a new company with no association with the previous owners or their subsidiaries Upon reading this letter, I reached out to *** *** via the number included in the letter I explained the situation of the new company and that recently *** *** *ut $into rebuilding the infrastructure at the tower he connects to I also let him know other customers utilizing this same tower now are getting the speeds paid for and beyondI also informed *** *** of the new customer contact information and that this will not be the same service he has had experience with in the past After our conversation *** *** was very happy to here of a new company and quality service being available Just for your records both TowerLink aka Smart Networks no longer exist and *** ***, LLC is here to patch the bad and bring in a new trustworthy future.Thank you,*** ** ***Serenity Wireless, LLC
