Please note I responded to this compliant via the Revdex.com email of [email protected] on October 10, I confirmed this was received and am now for the second time, being told this was not receivedPlease update your records.Also, Ms [redacted] has contacted a lawyer in regards to this matter and is requesting $worth of property that we do not haveUnfortunately, the time and expense this complaint is and could cost us exceeds this amountWe will be paying the $and issuing a legal statement that declares this matter handled and will have no contact further with Ms***.For your convenience, below is what the attached letter states:October 10, Revdex.comP.OBox 1000Dupont, WA RE: Subject Complaint Response # [redacted] Former Client: [redacted] *** To whom it may concern: We take all complaints seriouslyWe feel that we have addressed the complaint to the best of our abilityWe have gone above and beyond in hearing Ms***’s concernsThe director of our program has personally taken calls to discuss her concerns and assured her that none of her personal property remains within our sober living residence.According to our records Ms [redacted] arrived 6/04/and exited 7/28/The client herself was financially sponsored by the [redacted] programNo money was received directly from Ms***No money is due to Ms***.Ms [redacted] left our program, allegedly for another program, and did not take her personal property with herWe retain all exiting client’s property for up to daysIn this particular circumstance, we packed up the client’s possessions and when she returned 8/01/gave them to herA few days later, we were informed by Ms [redacted] that she had realized she’d left a few other itemsShe was permitted again to return and retrieve her possessions There is no further property belonging to Ms [redacted] at our residence.Ms [redacted] has been emailing our program weekly with complaints that are harassingShe has also continued to visit the former location of her residency, harassing other clients living thereWe are in the process of obtaining a no contact order, as well as, a trespassing order against Ms***.We seek to help our clients to the best of our ability by providing a safe and sober environmentWe have done all that we can toward Ms [redacted] and now that she is a former client, must do our best toward providing the best care we can to our current clients.Respectfully,Mark H [redacted] PresidentAAHAA Sober Living

I am rejecting this response because: its not for another program, I got my own placehis staff all have long, violent criminal records and intimidate clients into giving them things by threatening evictionill show forms proving this in court
