Review: I purchased a pre-made website Aug 2011 which was paid in 6 installments via PayPal, paid off Feb 2012. They required holding my domain name until the financing was paid but they refused to transfer my domain name to me. Last August the domain expired and I emailed and asked them to get it back online then transfer to me per our arrangement. They told me they had to wait 60 days after renewal to transfer ownership. They never did and I made numerous attempts to contact them about this. This August the domain expired again and it will cost me at least $69.00 to backorder it so someone doesn't snag my domain name. The script used on this website is only valid for the domain name listed (runesurf.com) so if I am unable to get this domain again it will cost me over $500 for the script, add-ons and site design.Desired Settlement: I would like to have ownership of my domain immediately -OR- the money it will take to backorder the domain and if unable to secure the domain name I would like compensation of $500.00 to replace what I lost.
