They replaced furnace fan costing about $400 w. Since September it hasn't worked and after 2 months of calling and leaving messages, no response everWork was done late spring due to furnace and thermostat problem with nest thermostat. Company came out and after getting another thermostat, replaced the fan motor in furnace.Furnace worked on test, then was used for first time in September (all in 2014), it failed to turn on. I replaced the thermostat with a basic one and still it worked only rarely. I have tried calling numerous times in the past two months with even the answering service person saying it's terrible that they haven't returned my calls. I have had another has person in who stayed that this company should do the work and I shouldn't have to get charged twice.its to the point where I need my furnace running for winter and I have a company coming over because aair NEVER RESPONDED OR STOP BY THIS WORK... this company should not be rated well by Revdex.com, it's the antithesis of Revdex.comDesired SettlementStand behind the work done and at least respond to costumer calls...I already at great expense contacting another company to get the HEAT working properlyBusiness Response First off I would like to apologize for you not receiving a call back. We pride ourselves on returning calls as soon as possible. I will look into what transpired between the call center and our service department. After reviewing the previous invoices it appears that on 5/5/14 we replaced the Nest thermostat which you were reimbursed by Nest. Then on 5/9/14 we returned to replace a faulty fan delay control in the furnace. The invoice total was $292.49. You then called to report to us that when you turned the Ac on it would not turn off. We returned to correct a wiring issue from the thermostat and did not charge for the visit. According to our records the motor was not changed nor were you charged for a motor. Our policy concerning warranty is manufacturers warranty on parts and 30 days on labor. Please call me directly to schedule a repair in the future. My cell is XXX-XXX-XXXX thank you [redacted]
