When placing an order on our site, we state that orders should be given about a month to be completedWe do not state there is any guarantee that orders will be shipped in that time frame since all dresses are made to orderEach one of our dresses is handmade and given adequate time to be completed properly to ensure sizingWhen selecting a proper size we offer a size chart that allows customers to find their proper fitIf the sizing we have doesn't seem to be a proper fit for a customer we also offer custom sizing where the customer can clearly state the measurements they would likeWhen a standard size is chosen that means every aspect of the frame is made standard sizedThe customer complained about the sleeves not fitting properly, if there was a concern that sleeves may be too tight we have custom sizing available to ensure that problem is dealt withAs an online business we strive to reply to all our customers concerns and encourage them to email us before placing any orders since we have a strict no refund policyWhen the complaint was made by the customer we directed her to contact [redacted] since all our orders are made through [redacted] When a claim is placed through [redacted] a hold is placed on our account which hold the funds paid by the customer until a resolution is made by [redacted] which is why there wasn't a direct refund as she was expectingThe process for a refund claim through [redacted] can be found on their siteIn our terms and conditions we state that we reserve the right to reject refund and when the customer proceeded to check out she agreed to those termsWe have issued her a refund as a curtesy before this complaint was filed.?
I got the company's address off the packaging of the item they sent me, I no longer have the packaging because the company had offered to give me a refund once I send them their dress back They received and accepted the shipment on 10/**/and have been ignoring all of my emailsBelow
