A.A.J.C. Contracting

I had a bee issue and found a bee guy online through a 3rd party company. He took care of the bees and suggested re-insulated around the window. He pulled the window out and used spray foam. The foam stained the siding on my house and ruined the trim inside the house. He replaced the outside casing with material that is dented everywhere and insulated around the window outside and it is all bubbled and disintegrating. I have screenshots of the texts with him promising me that he'd refund me $425.00. I paid $350.00 for that job alone and he was giving me an additional $75.0 for high strength acetone to remove the stained foam off the house. I keep getting the run around and at one point he even said the check was in the mail and I still haven't received it. It's been excuse after excuse. I need to get this fixed before my window starts leaking and we have further potential problems. I advised him that I was reporting him to the Revdex.com and IRS.I paid him prior to this for bee removal an additional $150.00. I paid cash for everything and received a general receipt without the company name and coming to find out, he's not claiming any of his income on his taxes.He said his name was "[redacted] but his business card says [redacted] Owner/Operator with the same cell phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX. A.A.J.C Contracting in Agawam MA. Email: [redacted]. I believe he may not be licensed and is working under a false name also. I have all of the pictures of the work done incorrectly and screenshots of the text messages between us since August proving everything I was promised that I'd be more than happy to email or print them out for you. I will gladly send all the printouts of the text messages along with the pictures of my house.
