Dear Customer,Firstly let me begin with apologising on the experience you may had with our companyWe are a company who take pride in customer satisfaction.I have gone through your complaint and also all the records and communications you have had with our company since the time you signed up for our services.I can see that you have called us number of times for support/help with the technical issuesAs per your complaint, I understand that you were promised a refund in AugustHowever, we as a company do not delay refunds when asked for and approvedOnce we initiate any kind of refund or refund request, we send an email to the customer along with the refund reference numberCould you please possibly provide us with that email that you may have received which promised a refund in AugustAs per our records, I am unable to see any kind of refund request initiated.I can understand that this might have been a confusion and I would like to assure you that I am here to resolve this matter as per mutual terms.Thanks and Regards, [redacted]

Dear Mr ***, Thank you for writing into us at AAKA WORLD LLCWe have gone through your complaint in detail and would like to bring the following points to your notice:1) We at Aaka World LLC are an independent software service provider not affiliated to any brand.2) As per your complaint, you
paid us $500, however as per our records there is no transaction between you and AAKA WORLD LLC, which means the amount in question is not paid to us.3) There are a lot of companies in the industry who have similar name as ours like AAKA INFOTECH LLC etcHowever they are no where related to us.4) We will request you to please send us any document that you may have received for your payment with AAKA WORLD LLC mentioned on it.5) In case you do not find any such documents, we request you to send us a copy of your credit card statement showing the transactionIn case you have paid to us, it will have AAKA WORLD LLC in the description of the transaction.We are more than percent confident that you have mistaken us for some other companyYou might have paid to some other company and not to usWe take utmost care of our customers and will never betray their trust.Thanks and Regards,Vidit ***Head of Operations

I am rejecting this response because: I was told NUMEROUS times that I would be getting my $returned: First time on 7/(I was told within hours); next time 7/20; 8/20; finally 8/(I would receive it on my credit card by the end of August) This is when I called my Discover Card to see if my credit had been given back I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE CREDIT OF $ OVER AND OVER I had to call AAKA Support EVERY THREE or FOUR WEEKS, because I could not either open or get my e-mail to function I was fed up by July 14th and cancelled that e-mail account and requested my $ I was told at that time, I WOULD RECEIVE IT WITHIN hours IT HAS NEVER COME!!!! Whenever I called for support it always took from ONE hour to NEARLY TWO HOURS to get my e-mail functioning AGAIN!!!!!! Thank YOU, *** R*** I was in South Bend, Indiana & only today responded

Firstly, we would like to apologise on the inconvenience faced by you while dealing with any of our representatives. Further, we as a company do not advertise our products or services on behalf of any brand. Therefore...

there is no possibility under any circumstances of misrepresenting. However, we still trust your word and believe that there could have been a misunderstanding regarding the same.
All our communication with any of our customers like welcome mails, invoices, website etc clearly state the non affiliation clause. There might be a possibility that you might have not paid attention to it.
Regarding the firewall services, different companies have different firewall options ranging from as low as $20 to as high as $800. The difference remains with the extent of their functionalities and number of devices covered.
Further, in case you do not need our services and/or firewall, we shall be happy to cancel the same and refund you in full. We as a company take utmost care to keep our customers happy and satisfied. We take great pride in being transparent with fair business practices. Our commitment with Revdex.com to resolve customer disputes remains our priority.
Again, I on behalf of the entire Aaka Group will like to apologise on any inconvenience caused to you and would love to have a chance to serve you in the future.
