It was time to redo the basement floor; we got a few bids for all tile and for all carpet, however at the end of the day, we decided we wanted to go with tile and carpet this time. We didn't know exactly what we wanted for tile. Aaland Construction was referred to us by a family/friend.

Kevin & his team met with us to discuss the different types of tile, layout and design of the area. Kevin offered and met us anytime and anywhere to look at tile. They kept us informed every step of the process. They worked with us to get exactly what we wanted and the install was quick and everything came out better than expected! We are thrilled with our basement!

Kevin and his team are artists and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. We felt like Kevin and his team really cared about making us happy with the end product. I highly recommend Aaland Construction to all of my friends/family!

We had an unfortunate vandalism and theft incident while on vacation this summer. Our front door with side lights had to be replaced, window replacement, the wood floors refinished, stucco repair, and considerable drywall repair.

Coordinating with insurance and a number of specialized contractors proved frustrating at times. However, our experience with Kevin, owner of Aaland Construction & Contracting was nothing less than fabulous. He completed all our drywall repair, trim carpentry, and interior painting with great attention to detail and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. He was always on time, had accurate bids, kept a clean work environment, and was very trustworthy.

We have been so pleased with his work, we are going to hire him to rebuild our deck in the spring and surface our patio with a built in fire pit and stone benches.

Clearly he is very versatile, and I would recommend his services to anyone in need.

Aaland Construction is the only contractor I will ever use! We had a lot of work that needed to be done in order to sell our home. Painting, repairs and landscaping. Work was completed in a timely matter and we were able to stay within our budget.
