On October ** we purchased what was represented as being an engine from a Kia Sportage with 65,miles for the purpose of replacing the engine in a Kia Sportage with a broken connecting rodWe were quite pleased with the prompt delivery of the replacement engine
The next day as our mechanic began to prepare the engine for installation, differences were noticed that indicated that the engine that you provided was not a direct replacement for the one removed and might not be able to be installed
It was at this point that Ken T***, our Service Advisor, contacted Dom at Aalba by phone and told him that he thought that a mistake may have been made and that the wrong engine may have been delivered
Dom assured Ken that the engine had been removed from a SportageKen told Dom about the differences in the tim
