November 14, 2016Aall Self Storage*** *** *** ** *** ** ***RE: Complaint Letter dated 11/10/2016Dear Sir or Madam:We received the above referenced complaint letter regarding Disputed Fees Our tenant, *** *** requested assistance in recovering $in fees that
were charged to his account.The fees were reversed on 10/31/ Unfortunately, our resident manager had a medical emergency and he had to call a family member to cover in his absence The manager was unable to return phone calls during that time.We have contacted Mr *** and apparently, he didn’t realize that the situation was already taken care of before he filed a complaint.Thank you,Marcia M***
