On January 20, and at 8:PM Ms [redacted] placed an order at the Beggars Pizza at [redacted] S Stony IslandMs [redacted] spoke with [redacted] From what [redacted] recalls, Ms [redacted] asked for family style veggie pizza with jalapeño peppers and pineapples and 1/sausage and a 2-liter of fruit punch[redacted] claims she read the order back to Ms [redacted] and Ms [redacted] agreed to the order[redacted] claims she gave me Ms [redacted] her total, which was $and she claims she told Ms [redacted] her order would be ready in one hour.At 9:PM, Ms [redacted] (see attachment # 1) arrived to pick up her order.Ms [redacted] paid for her order and the cashier placed Ms [redacted] ' order in our turn style.From what the cashier told me, Ms [redacted] took the pizza out of the turn style and opened the box the pizza was placed.Immediately, told the cashier the order was wrong.The cashier claimed she looked at the receipt and saw that [redacted] was the one who took the order[redacted] claimed she looked at the order on her order screen and told Ms [redacted] , ma'am, that's what you ordered and I repeated the order (see attachment # 2) back to you.Ms [redacted] insisted the order was wrong and she wanted to see a manager[redacted] claims she went and got the manager on duty.From what the manager on duty told me, Ms [redacted] said the order was wrong and she wanted a refund.The manager on duty told Ms [redacted] the store doesn't give out refunds and the receipt (see attached) reflects the "No refund policy".Ms [redacted] insisted her money be refunded and placed the order back into the turn style.The manger claims he asked Ms [redacted] , what did you order?Ms [redacted] said I asked for 1/veggie pizza with jalapeño and pineapples and half sausage.The manager on duty volunteered to remake the order and Ms [redacted] order (pizza) would take about minutes.Ms [redacted] told the manger on duty she didn't have time to wait and just give me back my money.The manager on duty informed Ms [redacted] , a refund is not a part of the store's policy.The manager on duty had to tell Ms [redacted] about the refund policy again and Ms [redacted] informed the manager on duty, if I don't get my money back, I would call the police.That statement by Ms [redacted] forced the manager on duty to let me Ms [redacted] know it was her right to call the police.At 10:PM, the police arrived and that's when the pizza was taken out of the turn style.That behavior forced the cashiers to serve the rest of the customers through the security door.The police interviewed the Ms [redacted] , the order taker, and the manager on duty and told Ms [redacted] , there is nothing we can doThis is a civil and not a criminal matter and her best bet was to contact the Revdex.com.By the time the police ended their interviews, it was 11:PM.Ms [redacted] and the police officers left the restaurant If Ms [redacted] had allowed us to remake her order, she would have been out of the store by 10:PMBut she claimed she didn't she couldn't wait, but she waited for the police and was there for another minutes waiting and talking with the police.Beggars pizza corporate office got involved and issued Ms [redacted] a $gift certificate

I am rejecting this response because:The accounts of the incident are in accurateMr*** did call and agreed to refund my money and apologizeI request the apology is writing to share with the young ladies that were affected by the incident and check was to be mailed to my address payable to meI HAVE NOT RECIEVED ETHERI HAVE SPOKE WITH *** *** SHE INFORMED ME SHE WOULD FOLLOW UP WITH MR*** ABOUT THE INAPPROIATE BEHAVIOR I ENCOUNTERED AND WOULD SEND THE GIRLS A GIFT CARD TO GET A PIZZA FROM ANY BEGGARS LOCATIONS BECAUSE THEY DID NOT WANT TO PATRONIZE THE LOCATION ANYMOREI ALSO INFORMED MS*** THAT MY MONEY WAS BEING REFUNDED BY MR***THAT IS MY EXPECTATION.
