Aamcar Car Rental

Review: I rented a car to go to my family to Washington. On that day ( ** of april) they charged on my debit card the amount of 900 dollars, they said that this was only an authorization and that they were going to free the amount of $ 585. 85 ( the car cost $ 314.65) after I return the car. I return the car on the right hour and almost 3 weeks have passed and so far I haven't received my money back. First I went there the first week and they told me that I needed to wait for 5 days to have my money back but nothing happened. Today I call and they were extremely rude and they didn´t provide any solution. The manage lack of customer service and just told me that it was a problem with my bank. I called my bank and they told me that AAMCAR charge on my debit card the full amount of 900 dollars and that they haven't return the rest back.Desired Settlement: I´m just waiting to have my money back the amount of $585.85 nothing else.

We have attempted to help the customer resolve this matter with her bank numerous times. Her account was only debited for the rental fees and the rest of the funds should have fallen off within 3-5 business days after the vehicle was returned. I took the additional step of writing a letter to the customer's bank and providing a copy of our bank statement to show the amount of payment.
