We repaired the customers vehicle to their specifications They supplied used parts and only had a small budget to work with and it being an older car (1998) with almost 200k miles we did what repairs she needed at that time The ball joint did not need to be replaced and we disagree with the other opinion that it needed repair We do not want to do un-necessary repairs to any vehicle and we replaced parts that were need and were in her budget We did replace the transmission and if that in any way affected the temperature gauge or oil gauge then we would remedy that and we communicated that to the customer We offered for her to bring the vehicle back in and if it was something we caused we would fix it free of charge, but she declined As for the oil leak it sounds as if she over filled the engine oil (the gauge does not read that it is low only that the oil sensor is reading low pressure) and that is where the oil leak is coming from but that is engine oil and we had only worked on the transmission As for the financing we are not involved That is a third party company that she used and talking to other customers all of the payment info is provided to her before she authorized the repairs If not then that is something she needs to discuss with the company that she used for the financing

Had my car at aamco on August 10, They took my car in quickly and was able to fix the problem very fast Brought me home and picked me up to get my car, I would certainly recommend them to my friends They were very friendly and polite

needed at that time.  The ball joint did not need to be replaced and we disagree with the other opinion that it needed repair.  We do not want to do un-necessary repairs to any vehicle and we replaced parts that were need and were in her budget.  We did replace the transmission and if that in any way affected the temperature gauge or oil gauge then we would remedy that and we communicated that to the customer.  We offered for her to bring the vehicle back in and if it was something we caused we would fix it free of charge, but she declined.  As for the oil leak it sounds as if she over filled the engine oil (the gauge does not read that it is low only that the oil sensor is reading low pressure) and that is where the oil leak is coming from but that is engine oil and we had only worked on the transmission.  As for the financing we are not involved.  That is a third party company that she used and talking to other customers all of the payment info is provided to her before she authorized the repairs.  If not then that is something she needs to discuss with the company that she used for the financing.
