Todd was a very rude customer service rep I called in and he started taking my info and car type/issuesThen I told Todd my father and law referred to me their shopI told him his name was Clement W., then Todd started to act sarcastic about Clem being 'blown away' his words from the pricingHe said if it were out of season, I would be ok with you using your own parts for a wheel bearing and brake vacuum boosterMy parts are from Autozone the parts saving was a minimum of $vs the mark ups that most shops add to the parts, and I have a year warranty, I don't care if It voids the labor warranty from some shops mostly because it's never utilized from clientsHe tried to say most shops work on slim margins, $60-a labor hour is far from slimMy father is a Diesel Mechanic, I know a littleBeing in season they want to price gouge all the out of state visitors rather than work with locals who live hereI have been doing customer service over the phone for a very long, as a loan officer and I have never treated anyone that way over the phone in a matter of 2-min conversationI have bought brake pads and rotors plenty of times for different shops over the years to installIf you're on vacation and or a snow bird who cares about your savings (not a retired Dr or Lawyer) I would steer clear of here and shop for a better mechanic and a better customer service experienceAt the end of the call I was refused an appointment/service and hung up on
