Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Dear [redacted] I apologize for not getting back to you before the day limitI work for [redacted] ***as a field mechanicWe have many strike teams out due to the fires all around the state thereby reducing the number of reserve pumpers and trucks to rely onAs a mechanic I have been working many overtime hours including Saturdays & Sundays keeping the equipment here in [redacted] .I am not asking for extra timeI know the case is closed now, but I wanted to set the record straight In the last statement by [redacted] He stated "her father came to look at the car and saw the bill and said go ahead I don't have time" This is not trueI never drove out to Costa Mesa or saw the amount to be charged before the work was ordered or I wouldn't have allowed them to do itThere are a few other discrepancies but it is now moot I didn't expect to get money back as I had askedI only wanted to shake up the business owner to let him realize you can't charge unreasonably fees to make up for losses, from for example poorly trained mechanicsThank you for your time and effortskeep up the good fight.Regards [redacted]

I have included an attachment of my daughters signed note of permission to pursue this matter.Also the
company address is in the attachment included in the original complaint formIt is the invoice of the work that was done.I have added the work invoice here again in case it didn't come through with the claim form
