The vehicle came in for repair, we inspected the vehicle and told the customer what repairs were neededThey refused to purchase all necessary parts needed for the repairWe informed the customer and printed on the RO “No Warranty”, for lack of getting ALL of the necessary partsIf there had been some issue, we had to repair due to workmanship we would have done that but they did not bring the vehicle inThey were involved in a wreck and that can void any warrantyThey then brought the vehicle inUnfortunately, we cannot warranty the repairWe cannot be held liable for the damage that can occur in a transmission if the parts are not replaced as necessaryWe are sorry that their decision has caused issues with their vehicle and the vehicle was involved in a wreckWe tried very hard to convince them that they needed all of the necessary partsWe would be willing to help them in repairing the vehicle at a reduced cost but they need to replace all of the necessary partsAny questions please call the center at [redacted]

RE: Revdex.com Complaint [redacted] There are situations that are difficult to diagnose or repair and this will increase repair times We keep in contact with customers during repairsWe always try to perform work in a reasonable time frame We take every complaint seriously and always try to accommodate the customerWe as a company strive to have every customer happy and wanting to bring their vehicles back for other services that we provide We have hired ASE certified technicians and continually send the technicians to trainingWe have since hired a very highly trained and professional managerHe is assisting with putting processes in place to keep repair times to a minimum andprovide better customer serviceWith this particular vehicle there was a intermittent problem that was difficult to diagnoseWe ultimately took the vehicle to the dealership to confirm our findingsThey confirmed the vehicle needed a speed sensor and a complete new main harness installedIt had a connector that was faulty and that connector is not available separatelyThe cost for that repair was $at the dealerThe customer has picked the vehicle upWe always back up our warranties and do our best to remedy any situation that is not pleasant Thank You [redacted] AAMCO OF NEW BRAUNFELS

They then brought the vehicle in. Unfortunately, we cannot warranty the repair. We cannot be held liable for the damage that can occur in a transmission if the parts are not replaced as necessary. We are sorry that their decision has caused issues with their vehicle and the vehicle was involved in a wreck. We tried very hard to convince them that they needed all of the necessary parts.
