Our Aamco Limited Warranty on Mr [redacted] Kia, Transmission Repair was for a period of Months or 18,Miles - whichever comes 1st The Aamco Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions clearly state we do not cover/provide alternate transportation/rental car coverage or towing.On 10/3017, Repair Order #the vehicles mileage was 134,A total of 24,Miles had been put on the VehicleAt this point in time the Repair was past 18,miles and Out of Warranty.Aamco elected to repair the vehicle, which was clearly out of warranty at this mileage, and continued to repair the vehicle out of warranty, at no charge for customer goodwill.Over three separate attempts, due to a series of defective torque converters, finally the issue with the transmission was correctedCountless hours were spent-the equivalent to thousands of dollars in labor and hundreds of dollars in parts-all on a repair that was out of warranty on day oneAamco went above and beyond and saw this customer/repair through till the end- All at our expense.Aamco should have been congratulated, rather than having received this complaint and a demand for a refund.Aamco went above and beyond for this customer and offer nothing more than -You Are Welcome, to the Thank You, we should have gottenAamco Temecula

Order #135995 the vehicles mileage was 134,886. A total of 24,826 Miles had been put on the Vehicle. At this point in time the Repair was past 18,000 miles and Out of Warranty.Aamco elected to repair the vehicle, which was clearly out of warranty at this mileage, and continued to repair the vehicle out of warranty, at no charge for customer goodwill.Over three separate attempts, due to a series of defective torque converters, finally the issue with the transmission was corrected.
