We feel we have addressed all of the issues in regards to this complaint
in my previous statement and all of our documentation is complete and
accurate. The customer was present for the authorization for diagnosis
and was told of all the work required to repair her van. She chose to do only
the work she could afford and voluntarily paid with her credit
cards. All the work that we did was listed on the repair order as well as
the additional work needed. The customer read and signed the repair
order and we told her to comeback if she would like us to do the
additional work that her vehicle needed when she can afford it.

Thank You

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. My computer is  quite old and I don't have all the fancy gadgets like copy, fax, scan. This attachment with my window open for response keeps
closing IE, Yahoo and have too wait untill they send report. Says I have too many windows open. In a few days I won't have internet or phone. I can't pay them this month
and feed us and last month or this one can't pay SDGE. Aamco took everything I had without a blink. I was told $256 up front, turns to be $255, still upfront. He takes key and says going to van
for info Then whren told to pay was led to believe work was almost done. I was tired and hungry, left my medication at home so I wasn't thinking that I was never asked if they could do any of that work on my van.. I never okay'd any work but the codes being pulled and thinking that if they said work  was needed and given an estimate that the "up front" $255 would be used towards price. All shops  I called, said charge for diagnostics is used towards auto repair if done at the shop.  I didn't have any appt. When I called on a Friday late afternoon as other shops from a phone book all said same thing, bring in Monday. This man puts my info in computer for more credit. I told him I didn't need any more credit, I couldn't pay what he took from the 2 cards I'd been saving to use to move with. My rent was doubled on July 1, 15. I  have section 8 housing, I've been told that my rents more than 1/2 my income so I need to move. I had fixed enough of my credit and pre-approval for these came in mail.  I sent them back for approval. I was so happy that I got the 2 cards because I was more than pressed for moving money and all it entails. The owner was asked to lower rent so could save but she won't. They were my ace in the hole, better to say they were a miracle to me. Now my credit is going bad and my car won't run good. By the way, His real technicion of a mechanic hollered from the bay area "what's lean on bank 1&2 mean? Should've ran with van then. No coolant flush was done. The waterI put in Monday morning was still in the resovoiur & at the same level and my van never stopped misfiring so it makes me think plugs were'nt changed either. I live alone with my service dog, I have no one but myself to do things so now without anything as back up, I can't get any work done. By the way my brakes front & back, master cylinder and all were done at the end of October 2014, as was a new fuel filter, by a mechanic that is ase certified, owed me favor.  I went to a place that steals and double talks. Also doesn't do work and want more than my income for labor. I told him that if I didn't move soon, I would be evicted.  I could not afford what they wanted. He also said I'd never see the ck engine light again. Just few blocks from my street it comes on. I call, he says to bring in morning, I do & park in parking spot only for him to say I told you that you need a fuel pump. Could've told that remark on the phone instead of driving a van he supposedly told me not to and using gas I can't afford. This Aamco is owned and operated by people that are unscrupulous.  How is it that he thinks he can get away with fraud, and using my info for another credit card.  I was raised to believe in karma. It takes a good bite out of your backside. Plus more. My computer has been acting crazy and I need to shut it down. If he's found to be ok, I know I'll never believe the Revdex.com again.  My dog has dental, his gums are red and he's in pain, so tnere's another reason & I told him that I had vet bills & my dog needed dental. Trying to move, had money, am packed, van that was working if ck light was blinking. Thank you Aamco. If You'd given me an estimate I would have gone to the 2nd place that pulled codes You're not very accurate the 3 shops I took van for codes there were 7 codes The 2nd place said $600 includes labor, why let you take all? Bring on the media!! I've been calling and talking to many people as it is.
