started having problems. Since we did not supply the transmission the warranty for the repair of this transmission is with whomever supplied it to him. He paid is us only for labor to remove and replace a transmission. This we successfully accomplished.If Mr. [redacted] had us locate and supply a used transmission the responsibility for the warranty would be with this store. The suppliers we use warranty the used part and often pay for our labor for the new repair. He told us about the engine oil filter and we offered to look at the vehicle, free of charge, and perform an oil and filter change if we neglected to do so on the original repair.If he is still convinced the oil change was not done and does not want us to look at it, I will refund the $34.38 he spent on the engine oil change.
