Because he was denied Financing by our providers, we agreed to allow the customer to pay off the repairs over time but the vehicle would have to stay at our facility until the repairs are completely paid off

It is impossible to know the extent of the damage prior to dismantling the transmission, price is determined by the amount of internal damage. It is also impossible for us to know if the customer will get approved and if so for what amount.  We strive for 100% customer satisfaction but sometimes we are unable to resolve issues that are completely out of our hands. [redacted] claims we have not contacted him, not to be rude, but being direct,  I'm not sure what we can tell him at this point that he does not already know or what we can do at this point. We have reviewed all of the available options with [redacted].

True I was told I could make payments directly to Aamco but the amount is so large, it would take me years to pay it off. If I was told about the cost upfront, I would have reconsidered the repairs but again, I was not. I believe the practices were deceitful. I was duped, I still have never received a call from Aamco to this day.
