At no point in time did [redacted] mention that the new transmissions would be "newly...
re-manufactured". I was told the transmission would be new. Clearly the repairs were not actually completed if the issue began again so quickly after the vehicle was picked up. The business has not been contacted due to the unsatisfactory repairs, not just once but twice but twice and the fact that this complaint had been filed. Their corporate office had received a similar complaint to what was filed with the Revdex.com and a response has yet to heard back from their corporate office or from the business branch other than this contact.
