As far as the service provided to Mrs ***, we followed all proceduresShe was informed of any repair before starting work and she authorized by signaturesIt is unfortunate the vehicle had to come back for further repairs but we addressed all issues and rented her a car (she insisted on a Jeep SUV which was more expensive) for any inconvenience even-though rental and lodging is not offered according to AAmco contract on the repair orderWe delivered the vehicle on 12/09/this last time and learned that she is not happy still with the work, we offered to check vehicle again and she refusedShe is welcome to take the vehicle to another AAmco for a second opinion but she has not repliedWe did an extensive amount of work over and above the repairs she paid for at no charge and the vehicle was tested by two of my technicians before delivering vehicle and there is NOT a problem

As stated in our first response, we followed all procedures in order to do repairs to Mrs. [redacted] car. We did NOT have the car several times, the car was in our location two times. The last time the car was in our location we completed the repairs over and above what was required. We where informed that she was not happy and there was another problem and never returned the vehicle to us for diagnostics. We offered for Mrs. [redacted] to bring the vehicle to any other AAmco to her choosing for diagnostics and she refused. We have since learned that she has taken the vehicle to the dealer and found another problem NOT with the transmission. That may very well be, so how is that work the dealer did in anyway related to the work we performed on the transmission? From what I understand that was a different issue.
