Customer isn't being truthful The customer called and pleaded with them to lower the price He was going to get a rental car because his car wasn't finished He said he was going home first to get a credit card because he only had cash Aamco's rep stayed hours late the
evening of piwaiting on the customer When the customer picked it up, he didn't complain at that time Aamco didn't hear anything until the customer filed a complaint with Revdex.com

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
My complaints are: #I NEVER gave AAMCO or *** or anyone authorization to fix my vehicle, I specifically advised *** that once he had a specific amount that I would be charge for repairing my vehicle to call me and we would take it from there. All I got from him was a range and then a phone call from his mechanic telling me that the vehicle was fixedI did complain to the mechanic and did advise him that I never authorized any repairs and he couldn't even give me a straight answer and at that point all I wanted was to have my vehicle out of there ASAPI did have to negotiate the price a little lower because who knew I would have to pay over double for something that I was quoted $to fix and was placed and still am in a difficult financial position because of it. #Attached you will find the receipt that I was given for repairs, as you can clearly see there is no kind of breakdown as to what was labor, parts, etc...when I had my car towed there, it was $for the tow and the diagnostic was freeWhen I spoke *** he advised me that I wouldn't have to pay for the tow. In closing, my complain is that I never authorized repairs and was never given the chance to go with the lower priceTo resolve this matter, I want the difference paid back to me and that would be the ONLY thing that can resolve this issueI am attempting to resolve this as amicable as possible, if we cannot get this resolved through this option, I will be making a complaint with the State Attorney General as well as seeking legal council

Talked to Mr***This was a mistake made by our third party finance companyI informed Mr*** that he wouldn't be charged the higher amount they said he owedI have waived all extra charges and he is very happy with my decision. Sincerily *** ***
