[redacted] Feb 25to me, Samir Ms***, This is in reference to the letter dated 02/23/Case ID# [redacted] that we have receivedIt took us longer than usual to fix this car because the car is old and it was extremely difficult to find parts for it Some parts also got delayed due to weather since they were coming from NorthWe had been talking to the customer regularly and she was aware of the fact that there were issues in sourcing parts for her vehicleThe car was fixed completely and was delivered on 02/14/The customer was also given a month mile warranty on her repairs instead of month or 3,milesWe will not be able to refund the customer back the amount since we have spent lot more than what we have collected from the customerOn our “message on hold” there is a message that states that we have rental cars availableWe do not state that we provide rental cars at no expense We have a discounted rate that we have negotiated with the rental car companies around usThe customer is more than welcome to rent a car through them if they would like and will be responsible for paying them directlyHope this helps clarifies the matterThank you, Khyati M***

Some parts also got delayed due to weather since they were coming from North. We had been talking to the customer regularly and she was aware of the fact that there were issues in sourcing parts for her vehicle. The car was fixed completely and was delivered on 02/14/2015. The customer was also given a 12 month 12000 mile warranty on her repairs instead of 3 month or 3,000 miles. We will not be able to refund the customer back the amount since we have spent lot more than what we have collected from the customer. On our “message on hold” there is a message that states that we have rental cars available. We do not state that we provide rental cars at no expense.  We have a discounted rate that we have negotiated with the rental car companies around us. The customer is more than welcome to rent a car through them if they would like and will be responsible for paying them directly. Hope this helps clarifies the matter. Thank you, Khyati M[redacted]
