The customer was also given a 12 month 12000 mile warranty on her repairs instead of 3 month or 3,000 miles. We will not be able to refund the customer back the amount since we have spent lot more than what we have collected from the customer. On our “message on hold” there is a message that states that we have rental cars available. We do not state that we provide rental cars at no expense. We have a discounted rate that we have negotiated with the rental car companies around us.
