This place really let us down. We took it there to get a gas engine diagnosed because it was knocking and that was the diagnoses that they also gave Jasper as well. A detective called us late one night to ask us about the theft of the catalytic converter being stolen. Aamco parked our vehicle out in the open off Camp Bowie in Fort Worth Texas. Called next day and Ruben said his insurance was paying for it so there was nothing to tell us. Got a call today the March 1,2022 to let us know the vehicle was ready for pickup. Paid the remaining balance and went to start up the car and same noise, the mechanic then went and started up his personal ford and said that all fords make that noise, so why did you replace the motor and now it needs some kind of lift. He went on a rant that the engine tied his mechanics up for days and that he lost customers over it plus the replacement of the catalytic converter. Just really sad.
