[redacted] misrepresented herself as a paralegal, when she is just a typist. She advised me in how to fill out paperwork, when it turns out she had no right to advise me. My case was dismissed by the judge due to an error in the paperwork that she helped me fill out. She made a mistake on the filing fee, charged me 50% to correct instead of taking full responsibility. She also has a terrible memory.
