Yes, we ask that passengers try at least times a year...then the certificate never expires and the price never goes upIf you do not try at least times per season, this can go on for many years because MN has a lot of weatherCosts
typically go up from year to year so if you do not try, we just ask that you bring your certificate up to the price at that timeAll of this is clearly stated on our promotional material, website, the certificate itself and me personally

I am brutally honest with people about how weather permitting ballooning in MN is It is in our advertising, the info we email about flights before and after the sale and the certificate itself I work days a week during the season and always respond to phone calls and e-mails (as I
have had with this customer many times) If any passenger does not want to keep trying to schedule, we inform them before and after the sale that they are welcome to sell it or give it away as a gift This has been our policy in the past years that we have been flying in the area This customer is not truthful and I am requesting the harassment to stop
