I am rejecting this response because Yes, weather has been discussed. No papers or website say it could take years. I am a hard working client who wants her money back for a service that was not delivered. I called first, no answer. We emailed a few times, no resolution. So here we are. I want nothing more then to enjoy this ride but at this point I am uncomfortable doing any business with this company. I deserve a refund.

have had with this customer many times).  If any passenger does not want to keep trying to schedule, we inform them before and after the sale that they are welcome to sell it or give it away as a gift.  This has been our policy in the past 30 years that we have been flying in the area.  This customer is not truthful and I am requesting the harassment to stop.

typically go up from year to year so if you do not try, we just ask that you bring your certificate up to the price at that time. All of this is clearly stated on our promotional material, website, the certificate itself and me personally.
Obviously, if a passenger cancels a flight, that is not an attempt at flying. This passenger has made 5 total attempts in 2.5 years and NO attempts in ALL of 2014. If you don't get on the calendar, you will never fly. I will not address claims that we did not fly when this passenger claims we could have. I am a veteran FAA balloon pilot with almost 30 years of experience, there is no one that wants to fly more than me but I will not fly if it is not safe, period.
I have never been rude to a passenger even though, as in this case, they are rude and untruthful to me. We have flown thousands and thousands of passengers that understand how weather affects outdoor activities in MN...they had the time of their lives. I am mailing a full refund to this passenger today because this passenger does not deserve to fly with us and should never contact us again.

itself. We do not cancel by text, it is by e-mail which seems most convenient for people so they can inquire about an alternate time.
This customer went to the business where we lift off which has nothing to do with my business, swore at my niece and asked for my home address...she also swore at my by e-mail. A full refund has been issued and I have instructed this customer that if she contacts me or my family again, I will be forced to contact the authorities. She does not get to fly with us.
