Aarcon Contractors

I had Aarcon contractors re-shingle my roof less than four years ago. I now noticed that it has been leaking. I tried contacting the company by phone to inform them that the roof was leaking and the call just went straight to voicemail. I left a message and received no phone call. I then filled out a contact form on their website. They did contact me through email. I Informed them that the roof was leaking over my kitchen. I told them that It looked like it may be leaking around the furnace chimney and It looked as though it may be coming in along the roofline where it meets a wall. As I am not a roofer these were just my non professional observations when looking in my attic. Their answer to this without even coming out to look themselves was to tell me that those areas leaking are not fault of the roofers and for me to go up in the roof and seal the areas myself with caulking. So I now not only have a leaking roof that ***? roofers installed and I have to fix myself but also have a large section of my kitchen ceiling that I must replace because it has been damaged by water from the leaking roof. This company claims to pride themselves on customer satisfaction guarantee on their website, a roof leaking after less then four years and more repair expenses is far from any sort of satisfaction.
