I had this company fix my windshield and am VERY unhappy with the level of service given First of all, I had an appt for AM and no one showed upI had to call HIM and ask where he was and if he was even still comingSo, right of the bat, not impressed at ALL! So then he finally shows up, replaced my windshield and tells me in the process that the window was already replaced (which is completely untrue) and THEY broke the clips for my molding on one sideI bought this car NEW!!! Then on my way home, I start hearing wind with my lovely new windshield , called the guy and he tried to blame that on the broken molding and not his fault!!!!!! Really?? Hmm, I didn't hear ANY NOISE BEFORE?? Then to make it worse, he told me my car is getting old! WOW I have a LEXUS!!!!!! Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now, I have to pay for a new molding and clips for my car- for no reason He said he has not had a complaint in years, VERY HARD to believe with this level of service here in Arizona I will never use this company again and am telling all my friends and family
