Consumer sent the following response:This is in response to the owner of Jampro  Construction Mr .Dwight M[redacted] after an exhausting attempt to speak to him in 2014 including my tenants attempt to reach him when it rained to look at the place because he lives just in walking distant and he never responded my only recourse was to hire American Basement contractor to fix the problem Mr.M[redacted]  of JAMPRO needs to reimburse the $3675.00 to [redacted] in the form of a certified check immediately. Please note that the request is for what was done to resolve the basement water leak.
