Do not use this companyThey fixed our a/c in August of last year and we have ayear warranty on the part they replacedSame part is broken again in May (months later)They will warranty the part but we'll still charge us for the diagnostic and the labor $139!!!! What Good is a warranty?! I can get the part AND labor less expensive somewhere elseRidiculousOn top of that, I told them I would bring then the faulty part to swap it out because it is warranted, and they said they would not do thatHorrible company, horrible business model, horrible customer serviceI will never use them again and I will be sure to spread the word to all of my clients and friends to avoid them!
A/C was old and died this summerService was fast and the entire system replaced in one afternoonThe personnel were polite, professional, and friendlyThey treated my elderly parents with respect which was greatly appreciatedI would recommend this company for your air/heating needs
Our nest door neighbor had been without heat and air for quite some time....being an older and in poor health person I called my A/C supplier (A-1heat and air) and explained her situation and her inability to pay Lilia,the contact person I spoke to said that if I would pay the initial trip charge that they would inspect her ac systemthey diid (about min after I called) it turned out she needed a part and A-installed it at no chargepart and labor.....It was a wonderful act of kindness on their part and I think they deserve some recognitionso therefore I have sent this positive review
recently my a/c was not cooling. The fan would run but only warm air. A-1 Air came out late in evening to fix the problem. They had me fixed and running in no time the charge was less than what I had paid other companies in the past. Was very satisfied with their promptness and sped in getting my a/c working. Would definetly use them again
