At the time of this complaint we provided our customer with option to go by the hour or receive a guarantee priceThe customer elected to go by the hour because she assumed the move would only take hours that is where the price of had came fromWe offered her a a third guy and it was
explained that if guys would take hours to do the move then it should only take hour to do the same move which would end up costing the sameThe move ended up taking longer then hours with men and caused her price to be higherIn an attempt to satisfy the customer I gave her the fixed price that she originally did not want to take because she thought it could be down faster by the hourWe have since changed management and are willing to offer her off her next moveWe now offer not to exceed pricing and provide a higher level of customer care in hopes she will give us another opportunity to provide her moving services

We are so sorry we were late to her move , it is explained that times given are only an estimate and can not be guaranteedWe do notify the customer in the event this happensWhen we arrived we went right to work providing the customer a high end quilt wrap service and getting loaded within an
hour , the delay did come because we were requested to wait at a gas station because the customer husband was following usWe made contact with the husband and informed the police would be called if he did not leave and then we were able to go to the unloadThe unload was equally fast, beds were put together and the customer requested the mirror not to be put back onUnfortunately due to the regulation the Nebraska Public Commission we are not able to discount moving services, we did however credit the credit card back for the boxes she has purchased, once it was discovered we did not do that priorWe are sorry she had a bad experience and hope the next time we have a morning time available to avoid any delays
