We were new to the area and looking for firewood. We called Aardvark as there was a sign on top of the Aardvark sign that said "firewood" for sale. We called and got set up for a delivery. He came out before he delivered to see how our property was laid out to dump the 3 cords of wood. It was the middle of winter and lots of snow. We had a spot laid out for him to dump the wood along side the driveway. He came out with the wood about 2 hours later. He had a rear wheel drive dump truck without snow tires and got stuck 2 times. Both times we had to call our neighbors to come over and pull him out! In between getting stuck, when he backed into a different spot for him to dump where I park my car, he hooked our wooden fence backing in and pulling out. It was destroyed. When he pulled forward was when he got stuck again. When we pulled him out the 2nd time, we just said dump it in the driveway because you will just get stuck again! He wanted cash, and when I told him I was going to hold out $100 for the tractor pull by the neighbors and for the damaged fence, he came unglued. He never offered himself to pay for or fix the fence, nor did he apologize, He just kept yelling that if he could have dumped it by the shop he wouldn't have gotten stuck. That was not discussed ahead of time because there was more snow there that hadn't even been plowed. Things escalated so badly, that I ended up giving him his full amount because he was so angry. I just wanted him gone. I will never, ever use this company again. This was the owner that delivered, and he was very unprofessional. Especially because he never even offered to discount the price on his own for the damages. Needless to say, we were glad to see him go, before he got stuck again!

The crew from Aardvark did an outstanding job. The trees were removed quickly and efficiently. Clean-up was fantastic. The price I was charged was very fair. I would definitely recommend them.

We had to arrange for tree removal long distance for a rental in Spokane Valley. Aardvark Tree Service was great about working with us, and our tenant, to make a big job go smoothly and quickly. We got a good value for our money and are pleased with the outcome.

We will do business with them again.

They showed up....decided the job was too big for the amount they estimated, started to act unprofessionally....
All the sudden the owner has all his employees put the equipment back on the trucks and he leaves.
I call and all I get are insults from the owner. This was the most unprofessional business I have dealt with in Spokane.

They came a day early and were upset and shouting obscenities because we were not ready. Had they come on the correct day, we would have been completely prepared and ready to go. The lead man didn't even stop to discuss re-scheduling or allow for discussion about the fact that they'd come a day early. Unprofessional and rude.

Despite repeated promises to come out to give an estimate for tree trimming, they never did. 3 wasted days waiting. They never called to say weren't coming, and when I called, all I got was the..oh..I'll be out tomorrow, I promise..never showed
