Review: Aargo services told me that if I took the 8 hour class I would receive a 8 hour certificate. The company took 65 dollars from me and never gave me my certificate. This happen back in April of 2012.A 8 hour certificate should be give the same day it's going on the month of June. And I still did not receive certificate .Desired Settlement: I'm asking that they give me my 8 hour certificate or refund my 65 dollars back to me

The above employee was terminated for sleeping on the job she was caught in photos that substantiate our position. The employee family then called the office and threatened physical harm to our employees. The NYPD was called and the family reiterated these threats to the officer. He certificate was attached to her pay check in April but she might have misplaced it. I have a true copy in her personnel folder and would be more than willing to mail it to the employee or your agency to rectify this situation. This employee did complete the training and her certification was sent to DCJS for recording. Please advise how you best see to resolve the issue and deliver the certificate.
