Review: I have made many phone calls to Aron air-conditioning Corporation, I have text the [redacted] the technician from August of 2012 literally to June **, 2013. I have stressed to the technician in June of last year 2012 that the condensation that's coming out of my ductwork was on controllable. The technician expressed to me that I needed more air vents in my attic. I have installed and over installed air vents to satisfy what the technician has stressed to me. The air vent was installed in my attic at the end of June 2012. In the middle of July 2012 I had called and text back the technician to see why the condensation was still appearing. The technician never returned my calls and obviously he never came to my home. In August of 2012 I have made many phone calls to the office Aron air-conditioning Corp. The woman took down my information and said that [redacted] the technician would call me in 24-hour's. [redacted] has never made an attempt to visit the situation to see why the condensation is still happening. By now the air-conditioning season is over... A year later due to the storm Sandy all of my sheet rock walls on the 1st floor are open. The duct on the 1st floor has an amazing amount of condensation building up. Now that the walls are open from the attic is dripping in between the sheet rock walls down to the 1st floor. we all know that water on sheet rock will creates mold and mildew and she rocks will start to weaken and separate overtime. This is an expense that I would like to avoid. Apart the fact that mold and mildew my wife, children and 2 dogs will be heavily affected!!! Their health must come 1st!!! I would like to have them resolve this condensation issue that was ongoing from the time of installation. On the 2nd floor of my home in the kitchen dining room area at the corner of the island where I sit and eat... I need an umbrella to avoid getting wet.Desired Settlement: All I want is to correct the condensation that's building up!!! Condensation will begin to destroy the ceiling on my 2nd floor the walls in between my kitchen in my bathroom on the 2nd floor and the sheet rock wall, ceiling and any electrical outlets as well in my bathroom on the 1st and 2nd floor. This is a serious matter that can result in extraordinary amount of expense. They need to correct this problem and they should be responsible for any damages that will occur.

On July **,2013 I, [redacted], [redacted] for Aaron Air Conditioning, went to [redacted]'s home for a service call for a water leak issue. I found that the customer, [redacted], had a new condensing unit installed by another company. The unit was undercharged by that company causing the system to ice up and in turn causing the water leak. In no way is Aaron Air Conditioning responsible for [redacted]'s water leak issue. I have an invoice dated July **, 2013 signed by [redacted] which states the above. I do not want the good standing Aaron Air Conditioning has with the Revdex.com tarnished by this complaint which we are not responsible for. A copy of the invoice signed by [redacted] can be provided if requested.
