certain requirements that must be met to register and maintain the warranty. Upon checking the serial number provided by our customers it was brought to our attention that none of these requirements had been met. Within minutes of finishing a phone conversation with them about this issue and informing them that while the warranty requirements had not been met we were more than willing to work with them to help resolve the issue as best we could, they were already posting to our social media page with misleading information about how we were handling the situation. As with any issues that arises, information, proof of the issue, etc must be provided before we can properly fix the issue. Upon that information being provided we came to an agreement with [redacted] on 4/16/16 to give a credit to their account for future purchases in the amount of $350.00. He stated that this was more than satisfactory, as we were going above and beyond because they realized that they had not complied with the warranty requirements.

The warranty department at Earth Outdoor Furnaces told us that we did not have a warranty at all even though we still had the original signed bill of sale. They did come to an understanding with my husband and we are willing to settle for that.
