For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.yes a repair person was sent to my house. Problem now the same cushion is doing the same thing. Had to have a new ottoman Delivered the other day, showed the guy who delieved this. He And I Both think it is something to do with the couch its self .... ive heard nothing for the local Store about this issue of it being the couch ... NOTHING but still 2 months I'm paying for furniture that is less than 90 days old and already needs service is less than OK With Me. as stated before I want some credit applied to my account for the hassle I've gone through. and also the lack of GOOD Quality Furniture
