In the customers complaint states that Spring came and that's why they didn't complainThere were over degree daysDegree days are what we use to tell how many days we use our heat in this climateWhat that means is they needed heat 55-days after I was there, yet I received no complaintThe complaint states that I tried to sell them a new unit, I sometime recommend a customer consider purchasing a new unit but I always recommend shopping around, I am not a salesman I am a repairman I am very sorry this happened and I wish It they would have contacted me much sooner if it was me that was there.Thank, Jeff M***, OwnerAaron Heating & Air Conditioning,llcPitt PlPhiladelphia, PA 19114###-###-####
