HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.... I called this place to get a estimate on some recliner repairs... explained to the guy " ***".... (who sounds like a cat calling new York city construction worker) just totally unprofessional. He assures me not to throw it away he will take a look at it.. After a couple months of telephone excuses he finally shows up looks at it for 5 minutes and says I recommend throwing it into the garbage. First of all when he walks in he barely says hello, I introduce him to my wife standing in the kitchen he doesn't even address her. After its all done in 5 minutes I say well thanks for your time, he then says " hey we aren't done you owe me 35$ for coming out here" I said what are you talking about you never told me that, he says I know because it says your name in my phone with a yes $ 35... I see the intimidated surprised look on my wife's face and between the two of us we put the money together to get this SHEISTING THEIVING CROOK CON ARTIST out of our home... If I could turn back time I may have handled differently... My only advice to you is NEVER EVER EVER use this this place.. total CON ARTIST SHEISTING CROOKS...
This guy lies more than politicians , He sent me pics I told him I could not fix that , he then begged me to come to the house , I told him there was a 35 dollar fee for us to come out , he said that was fine that was the second time I told him about our service fee this guy stood us up 3 times , when we arrived at robs house he had the whole sectional apart and scattered all over the floor , I looked at pieces all not repairable he paid the 35 , I offered to help him put it back together and he said he take care of it , I have been repairing furniture for 18 years and this is a clear case of buyers remorse , this guy is twice the size and 15 years younger than me , I am 57 I was the one intimidated every thing else is an out an out lies he should refrain from calling people names , I can deal with all the rest he may find himself in a court room , his wife was very happy when I told him it could not be repaired . I said sorry it can not be fixed and he said ok thanks I left 10 min later he starts texting me with a nasty message, I have no idea who *** is because he was not at house so why is he righting reviews , the person the home owner or renter I dealt with was named ***
