Aaron International Enterprises, Inc. Reviews (3)

First I would like to apologize for the late response, to your emailThe file attachment in the email caused your email to be held by our filters for reviewWe will be contacting *** *** tomorrow and mailing him a check for $to refund the inactive account feesPlease let us know if you
would like for us to forward you a copy of our email to *** ***

All new account applications must be reviewed and ultimately opened manually, regardless of the source of application (in branch or on-line)A part of this process includes a review of information from credit reporting agencies which includes Experian and ChexSystems
While the applicant
successfully passed initial due diligence verification requirements confirming their identity on-line, a review by the processing employee indicated concerns with multiple derogatory trade lines in their credit report indicating chargeoff and collection accounts This led to the application being declined A secondary review of the application records, as part of responding to this complaint, also shows a ChexSystems record for account abuse reported by Bank of America. Based on the derogatory information contained in the consumer record, the decision to decline the application remains unchanged
Our records indicate an Account Denial Notice which outlined the decline reasons was generated and mailed to the consumer’s address on 2/3/17. This has the pertinent information for the consumer to contact Experian if they feel information in their credit report may be inaccurate. An archived copy is attached
For our part we apologize that Ms*** feels like she was “tossed all over the place” and received conflicting information. We will review with the relevant departments to see if we can improve our overall processes
Sincerely,
*** ***

Complaint[redacted]I am rejecting this response because:No matter how the application process goes, it should have never told me I was approved online. I been trying to open an account with this company for the longest and still I continue to be denied. For the record, I currently bank with Bank of America. I really feel like I am being discriminated against. Sincerely,[redacted]
