I spoke with Mrs. [redacted] this morning and issued 2 refunds totaling $300. I thought this was resolved with our conversation this morning.
Let me begin by saying this customer is a repair we received through a home warranty company, we are only responsible for repairing the equipment which is broken. In this case replacing their sand filter. The pool was able to be used if they chose to, the customer does have a person who weekly...
maintenance's his pool. The pool equipment is up and running & working properly. From what I was told after talking to Mr. [redacted] the pool has cleared up but may need additional vacuuming or cleaning. We are not responsible for water chemistry on his pool but in good faith to try & get this resolved we do have an appointment set to go out to Mr. [redacted] home on 6/6/15 between 2:00-6:00pm, unless the weather is raining bad like it is today. So if it isn't raining we will go out to try & resolve this within reasonable circumstances.
